Formula Brand Choice?
My 7 month old has been on formula for about 2 months. He uses Similac Advance Soy. It is $25.99 at Publix, my grocery store. Publix Brand Soy formula is $16.99, a huge savings. I know all formula is regulated by the US governement. Could I be denying my baby any necessary nutrients if I give him store brand vs a name brand? What is your opinion?
i used Enfamil AR Lipil for my baby because he had reflux and there was no generic brand for that. i needed to switch his formula to standard formula because he was outgrowing reflux. the Dr said that any standard formula was fine. they have the same vitamins. he even recommended Parent's Choice which we now use.
i am glad i use it... it makes a big difference! $12 parents choice or $25 enfamil... i choose parents choice!
